Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for a portfolio of 20 to 30 active clients
- Conduct regular client reviews, set expectations, and manage ongoing inquiries
- Identify potential risks early to reduce client attrition
- Take full ownership of client satisfaction, retention, and sustained outcomes
- Analyze and fix cold email campaigns that are not meeting performance targets
- Address technical issues including email deliverability, list accuracy, and copy effectiveness
- Review campaigns thoroughly before launch to confirm quality and readiness
- Improve campaign performance over time based on measurable results
- Develop and update delivery documentation as the organization grows
- Design and refine practical guides that adapt with startup evolution
- Monitor service level agreements, client health indicators, and delivery benchmarks
- Collaborate with developers to resolve technical and system-related challenges
- Partner with outreach specialists on campaign execution and improvement
- Provide regular updates to leadership on client status, risks, and delivery metrics
