About the Role
This role is responsible for guiding schools and educators in effectively using a comprehensive Spanish language arts program, ensuring high-quality implementation, providing instructional support, and fostering strong relationships with district stakeholders to drive student achievement.
Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions for educators on curriculum content and instructional strategies
- Support district partners in planning and executing curriculum rollouts
- Conduct classroom observations and provide actionable feedback to teachers
- Collaborate with school leaders to set implementation goals and track progress
- Troubleshoot challenges related to curriculum adoption and usage
- Gather and analyze implementation data to inform support strategies
- Facilitate professional learning communities for educators
- Model effective teaching practices aligned with program standards
- Maintain accurate records of support activities and outcomes
- Respond to educator inquiries about curriculum materials and resources
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve product support and materials
- Promote equity and access in curriculum delivery across diverse classrooms
- Assist in the development of supplemental instructional resources
- Lead virtual and in-person workshops for teacher development
- Monitor fidelity of program implementation across schools
- Build trust with educators through consistent and responsive communication
- Support data-driven decision-making at the school and district level
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in instructional practice
- Ensure alignment between curriculum and state standards
- Encourage long-term program sustainability within partner districts
