Responsibilities

• Keep the Resource Library organized with accurate and timely filing of materials.
• Arrange offsite storage for surplus library samples.
• Return samples from the Material Bank to appropriate locations.
• Process returned product samples and store them in designated library areas.
• Place orders for product samples based on staff requests.
• Clear finish drawers of materials from completed projects.
• Regularly assess material relevance and introduce new items into the library.
• Update display boards with current and appropriate project visuals.
• Attend meetings with vendors to stay informed on new product offerings.
• Manage and maintain all Certificates of Insurance documentation.
• Handle outgoing mail and package distribution.
• Support a professional studio environment by keeping shared spaces tidy.
• Run the dishwasher nightly and unload it each morning.
• Restock kitchen, bar, and restroom supplies as needed.
• Order studio supplies to maintain operational needs.
• Maintain a master list for document retention and manage offsite record storage.
• Oversee grill maintenance and readiness for use.
• Schedule vendor presentations and product update sessions.
• Ensure a welcoming atmosphere by answering calls and greeting visitors.
• Collaborate with team leads to organize client and internal events, including evening functions.
• Prepare meeting spaces for clients with attention to functionality and setup.
• Coordinate social events such as parties and happy hours.
