Responsibilities
- Production of structural designs
- Managing and coordinating design input and output
- Working with BIM technicians
- Engaging with the internal design review process with one of our Lead Verifiers
- Attending informal design workshops with other members of the design team
- Maintaining outstanding technical quality
Requirements
- Proven ability to develop design solutions, perform structural assessments and calculations, and contribute effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience working on a variety of structural projects, including steel and concrete frames, with exposure to collaboration with external design teams and contractors.
- Proficiency in structural engineering software such as Tekla Structures, SCIA Engineer, and TEDDS.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and project stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering (or equivalent experience) with relevant work experience in a consultancy or similar engineering environment.

Work Arrangement
Remote (City/Region) — Bristol, Plymouth, Exeter, Cardiff, Basingstoke
