Your Mission - You will combine hands-on technical leadership with people management, guiding your team in building high-quality microservices while promoting ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities • Lead and mentor a team of Java developers • Design and deliver microservices using Java and Spring Boot • Ensure code quality, security, performance and reliability • Collaborate with architects, product owners and other teams • Drive architectural and technical decisions • Oversee code reviews, CI/CD and production readiness • Contribute hands-on to complex features and POCs • Support agile planning, estimation and delivery • Participate in recruitment and onboarding Technology Stack (ICON3) • Java 17+, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud • Microservices, REST APIs, event-driven architecture • Angular 17+ • Kafka • Oracle and MongoDB • Docker, Kubernetes • GitLab CI / Jenkins • Centralized logging, monitoring and observability
