Responsibilities
- Guide and develop a team of Java engineers through mentorship and technical leadership
- Architect and implement microservices solutions using Java and Spring Boot frameworks
- Maintain high standards in code quality, system security, performance, and operational reliability
- Work closely with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to align technical delivery
- Lead key architectural and technical decision-making processes
- Supervise code review practices, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployment readiness
- Actively contribute to the development of complex features and proof-of-concept initiatives
- Support agile project planning, effort estimation, and iterative delivery cycles
- Engage in hiring activities and the onboarding of new team members
