Responsibilities
- Align the People team with company-wide strategic goals by identifying potential obstacles early and implementing efficient processes to maintain momentum.
- Lead initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring they support key objectives, deliver measurable results, and adapt based on feedback and evolving needs.
- Assist senior People leaders in managing sensitive issues thoughtfully to uphold a positive and supportive employee experience.
- Work closely with diverse teams across the organization, including People leadership, project leads, facilities, and new hires, as the company grows globally.
- Foster organizational culture by building cross-functional relationships, understanding core values, and guiding cultural evolution during growth.

- For San Francisco-based roles, the base salary range is $85,000 - $120,000 annually, equivalent to $40 - $57 per hour.
