Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executives, leadership teams, and board members
- Collaborate with senior leaders and C-suite executives to shape and execute growth initiatives for each product division
- Lead strategic planning efforts for enterprise-wide projects, product line strategies, and operational enhancements
- Analyze market dynamics, competitive landscape, and partnership opportunities relevant to each product offering
- Translate insights into actionable strategies that support business expansion and operational excellence
- Monitor, manage, and report on critical business and operational performance metrics and KPIs
- Design and implement scalable internal systems that align Finance, Customer Success, and Go-to-Market operations
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to organizational leaders clearly and effectively
