OMD EMEA is hiring a Strategy Director - Compare The Market

Responsibilities

  • Create brilliant strategic thinking that powers the day-to-day campaign planning of some of our biggest clients
  • Take a leading role shaping the overall media strategy of some of our smaller clients
  • Inspire cross agency teams to build creative and effective solutions for clients
  • Help clients build competitive advantage
  • Play a leading role in identifying the insight and shaping the ideas at the heart of campaigns
  • Collaborate with external agency partners to create integrated and effective recommendations for clients
  • Play a critical role in new business and agency culture
  • Lead the strategy on some smaller pitches
  • Contribute to agency training initiatives
  • Help produce thought-leadership

Requirements

  • Working into an experienced Strategy Partner or Managing Partner of Strategy
  • Responsibility to create brilliant strategic thinking that powers campaign planning
  • Ability to inspire cross agency teams to build creative and effective solutions

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 clients
  • Experience in the insurance or comparison sector (e.g., Compare The Market)
  • Proven track record in shaping media strategy and campaign ideas
