Responsibilities
- Oversee enterprise-wide strategic planning, managing the yearly planning cycle and continuous strategic evaluation
- Collaborate with the CSTO and senior leaders to define strategic focus and influence major business choices
- Break down complex and uncertain business challenges into structured problems and generate actionable, data-backed insights
- Develop comprehensive business cases, long-term strategies, and executive-level proposals to guide leadership decisions
- Manage cross-functional projects by aligning stakeholders, ensuring execution, and achieving measurable business results
- Serve as a mentor and coach to less experienced team members, improving their skills in analysis, problem solving, and stakeholder communication
