Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, shaping and guiding their AI adoption strategies.
- Design, build, and continuously improve conversational AI agents, gaining hands-on experience in product development and iteration.
- Lead the execution and delivery of multiple complex agent development initiatives with high visibility.
- Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across all stages of the agent development lifecycle.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication while fostering strong working relationships with all parties involved.
- Provide strategic, data-backed insights that inform decisions for clients and internal teams.
