Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic analytics partner to executive leadership, providing insights that inform business strategy and investment decisions
- Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses and actionable recommendations
- Design and own executive-level dashboards and KPIs using Power BI/Salesforce, with a focus on long-term scalability and clarity
- Develop high-impact presentation decks and narratives that clearly communicate insights, risks, and opportunities to senior stakeholders
- Use SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources with a high degree of accuracy
- Improve reporting processes through automation and thoughtful data modeling
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, or business intelligence roles with demonstrated strategic impact
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, including complex reporting and data analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, performance optimization)
- Proven experience building executive-level presentations and presenting insights to senior leadership
