Responsibilities
- Manage a designated set of major enterprise clients, focusing on delivering significant business impact, leading high-level executive interactions, and securing substantial renewals and growth opportunities
- Develop and execute strategic account strategies that align the platform’s capabilities with each client’s core business goals
- Establish and sustain senior-level relationships, including ongoing engagement with C-suite executives, serving as a trusted advisor within client organizations
- Drive initiatives that enhance brand visibility and strengthen connections across the private capital sector through community and industry involvement
- Act as the primary advocate for customer needs internally, identifying trends across accounts and directly shaping product development, go-to-market strategies, and customer success methodologies
- Create and implement standardized customer success practices, renewal processes, and expansion tactics that can be scaled across the organization
- Utilize advanced MEDDPICC and Command of the Message frameworks to design multi-threaded expansion strategies in collaboration with Account Executives, ensuring accurate forecasting
- Provide formal mentorship to team members, support onboarding and training efforts, and contribute to the evolution of team development practices
- Collaborate as a strategic partner with leadership in Product, Marketing, and Sales, influencing cross-functional decisions beyond basic coordination
