Responsibilities
- Manage operational engagement with government agencies such as EDB, GovTech, and IMDA on behalf of the AI Lab
- Monitor grant deliverables, oversee milestone reporting, and identify new initiatives for lab involvement
- Act as the main liaison for project coordination, overseeing onboarding and engagement of pilot companies
- Lead the deployment of the Agentic Enterprise initiative across ten pilot organizations, including organizing CEO presentations and tracking participation
- Develop briefing materials and post-meeting follow-ups for engagements with EDB
- Ensure adherence to grant regulations, including headcount categorization and spending limits
- Develop and maintain formal partnerships with academic institutions to ensure a steady flow of student talent and joint projects
- Collaborate with educators and program leads to integrate AI Lab challenges into academic curricula and internship opportunities
- Organize student hackathons focused on MCP and agentic workflows to generate actionable use cases for client discussions
- Partner with NUS Enterprise (N-House and NOC) and SUTD’s Design AI program to create a long-term talent pipeline for the AI Lab
- Design and execute events that position the AI Lab as a central player in Singapore’s AI innovation space
- Oversee full event lifecycle logistics, ensuring each activity supports defined business or talent goals
- Coordinate the AI Lab's participation in key industry conferences, including speaker proposals and content development
- Assist in delivering AI-focused workshops and hackathons for customers
- Bridge communication between the AI Lab and internal departments—GTM, CSM, marketing, and P&E—to align community efforts with product and revenue objectives
- Provide updates to the Singapore GTM team based on insights gathered from EDB-linked pilot engagements
- Collaborate with the Head of AI Lab to shape content and messaging for external speaking opportunities
