Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor in cybersecurity, offering strategic direction in areas including endpoint protection, network defenses, security operations, vulnerability oversight, SIEM, incident response, security testing, and threat intelligence.
- Lead new business development by managing the entire sales process from initial outreach to final closing.
- Achieve or surpass sales targets and pipeline goals while ensuring Salesforce CRM records are accurate and up to date.
- Present persuasive sales demonstrations and product overviews, delivered remotely or face-to-face.
- Work closely with internal technical experts to design customized solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Handle pricing discussions and contract negotiations following established company guidelines.
- Build and sustain long-term client partnerships to support contract renewals, expansion opportunities, and high satisfaction.
- Stay current with the full suite of available solutions and partner technologies.
- Support team objectives, contribute to sales planning, and assist in growing market presence.
