Responsibilities
- Meet established sales revenue goals
- Review sales data and reports to assess operational requirements and apply effective strategies
- Set performance targets for sales team members
- Inspire team members and ensure clarity around key performance indicators to enhance individual and group outcomes
- Coordinate with marketing colleagues to align store activities with campaigns
- Maintain high standards of customer service delivery
- Ensure team members consistently engage with customers
- Handle customer issues and back decisions made by sales staff
- Oversee the upkeep, visual layout, and orderliness of the retail space
- Enforce compliance with payment handling protocols
- Track spending related to visual displays
- Create and manage employee work schedules as needed
- Oversee inventory processes and ensure staff follow procedures and are proficient with point-of-sale systems
- Foster clear communication with internal teams and other store locations
- Enhance and uphold visual merchandising standards
- Ensure the store remains clean, well-organized, and aligned with company directives
- Collaborate with logistics and marketing to maintain accurate product availability
- Report damaged or faulty items promptly
- Communicate inventory needs to relevant departments
- Take part in hiring, onboarding, and staff growth initiatives
- Design and oversee training initiatives
- Assess employee performance and deliver ongoing feedback for improvement
- Assist in resolving human resources issues
- Ensure staff appearance and conduct meet professional standards and reflect brand identity
