About the Role

Groupe Clarins is looking for a Store Design & Visual Merchandising Manager to play a central role in shaping our retail environment. You will steer the development and implementation of store and counter concepts, ensuring our brand world is effectively experienced at the point of sale.

What You'll Do

  • Manage holistic store design and retail concept projects from conception through operational implementation and market rollout.
  • Steer complex retail projects with clear timelines, budget control, and coordination of all relevant stakeholders.
  • Act as an international interface, collaborating closely with shopfitting experts, architects, internal teams, and our HQ in Paris.
  • Further develop visual merchandising concepts at the point of sale in corporate design, in close coordination with Trade Marketing.
  • Analyze and optimize point-of-sale performance by evaluating merchandising effectiveness and continuously developing presentation standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Successfully completed vocational training in interior architecture, shopfitting, or a degree in marketing, or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience in store design and/or visual merchandising, ideally within the beauty or premium sector.
  • Solid project management experience with strong implementation skills.
  • Very good communication skills in both German and English.
