Responsibilities
- Analyze and document the needs of correctional system stakeholders and individuals impacted by the justice system
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with key state partners by actively listening and providing support
- Customize and implement core technology tools and data analysis services to meet state-specific goals
- Provide clear, actionable guidance to product, design, analytics, and engineering teams to align with state objectives
- Guide partnerships toward measurable impact and long-term financial viability
- Exercise emotional resilience when engaging with incarcerated individuals and correctional staff in high-pressure environments

- Role requires frequent travel to Little Rock, AR for in-person meetings with Arkansas state officials

- Strong preference for candidates based somewhere with convenient/direct flight access to Little Rock
- This role does not require living in Arkansas
