Indra is hiring a Standard Compliance Manager

Responsibilities

  • Lead and sustain the Standards Compliance Framework within the payment and revenue program.
  • Serve as the central accountable party for adherence to standards across technology, installation, maintenance, marketing, signage, finance, social responsibility, project management, security, health, safety, environment, payments, and regulatory reporting.
  • Develop, manage, and oversee the Standards Compliance Matrix, ensuring timely submission to the client as per contractual obligations.
  • Conduct ongoing monitoring for emerging industry standards, updates to existing standards, and evolving payment scheme regulations including those from Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PCI, ISO, and NIST.
  • Generate reports on new or modified standards, detailing impacts on systems, costs, project timelines, and risk-compliance balances.
  • Create and maintain the Standards Management Plan.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with customer assurance teams, independent assessors, and internal audit, security, and HSE units.
  • Collaborate with the risk management team to support compliance-related risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
