- Manage end-to-end budgeting and forecasting for infrastructure governance, delivering clear insights into spending trends, variances, and drivers of change.
- Create financial and cost models that translate technical trade-offs into business impact, enabling informed discussions around reliability, performance, and scalability.
- Design and maintain an investment transparency framework that tracks ownership, allocation, utilization, and forecasting for both infrastructure and AI-related expenditures.
- Define governance practices for AI token usage, including demand forecasting, consumption tracking, and financial accountability across teams.
- Operationalize recurring financial and planning reviews in partnership with engineering, finance, data, and security teams to ensure consistency and follow-through.
- Lead decision-support forums by synthesizing technical, financial, and strategic inputs into clear recommendations and escalation paths.
