Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end program framework for Agent Cockpit, covering roadmap oversight, request intake, prioritization, sprint execution, dependency tracking, and delivery coordination across teams.
- Coordinate technical dependencies and platform transitions by interpreting upstream changes—such as API deprecations, service integrations, and data model updates—into actionable engineering plans.
- Oversee launch preparedness and operational risk, including security review facilitation, production sign-offs, testing standards, and escalation management for blocked critical initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on system reliability, observability, and performance, focusing on metrics, load testing, capacity planning, and backend monitoring for large-scale stability.
- Facilitate alignment across engineering, product, security, payments, compliance operations, and customer experience leadership, managing ongoing intake of partner requests and communicating prioritization outcomes.
- Enable agent success by maintaining access protocols, just-in-time access workflows, role-based access guidelines, and operational runbooks for support teams and engineering partners.
