Responsibilities
- Design and develop the core AI platform for go-to-market operations, including intelligent agents, assistant tools, internal apps, automation systems, and supporting data infrastructure.
- Collaborate closely with the VP of Revenue Operations to convert revenue processes—such as pipeline management, forecasting, lead routing, renewals, expansion, account insights, sales readiness, and CRM data quality—into functional software solutions.
- Lead end-to-end technical design and implementation, covering technology stack selection, data modeling, system integrations, evaluation frameworks, monitoring, and human oversight workflows.
- Connect and synchronize data across key GTM platforms including Salesforce, Clay, Gong, HubSpot, Slack, Google Workspace, billing systems, and marketing automation tools.
- Develop scalable, reusable components for applications powered by large language models, focusing on retrieval methods, tool integration, structured output generation, evaluation protocols, access controls, monitoring, and feedback loops.
- Leverage AI-assisted coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex to amplify individual engineering output, enabling one developer to achieve the throughput of a larger team.
- Provide technical leadership in evaluating whether to build or buy solutions, prioritizing in-house development when it offers superior speed, control, and efficiency over third-party SaaS options.
- Establish evaluation criteria to define quality and effectiveness prior to deployment, then track post-launch business outcomes such as productivity gains, conversion improvements, forecast precision, retention rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Define and uphold engineering excellence standards for AI-native go-to-market systems as the organization scales its capabilities.
