Responsibilities
- Assist sales teams in demonstrating the benefits of the API and AI connectivity management platform to potential clients
- Analyze client requirements and align platform capabilities to address their specific use cases
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customers throughout the sales process
- Support proof-of-concept and proof-of-value initiatives during customer evaluations
- Drive customer success by ensuring full satisfaction across all managed accounts
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, prioritizing and resolving technical needs
- Collaborate with support, product, and engineering departments to escalate and resolve customer requirements
- Develop technical materials for DevOps workflows, platform implementations, and service delivery
- Contribute to marketing efforts by producing content such as blogs and webinars
- Engage in trade shows, field events, and other promotional activities
- Provide technical guidance from initial product discussions through to production deployment
- Ensure seamless integration of platform solutions within customer environments
- Maintain deep knowledge of platform features and customer use cases
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-relevant insights
- Support documentation needs for customer-facing technical engagements
- Respond to ad hoc requests from management based on evolving business priorities
- Facilitate onboarding and technical enablement for new customers
- Advocate for customer needs internally to influence product direction
- Monitor customer health and proactively identify areas for improvement
- Assist in the development of best practices for platform adoption
