Responsibilities
- Assist sales teams in demonstrating the benefits of an API and connectivity management solution to prospective clients.
- Analyze client needs and demonstrate how the platform aligns with their technical and business goals.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients throughout the sales process, from early discussions to live implementation.
- Support customers during proof-of-concept phases, guiding them through evaluation and testing stages.
- Deliver exceptional service to ensure complete satisfaction across all assigned accounts.
- Gather and prioritize customer requirements, coordinating with support, product, and engineering teams to address them.
- Develop technical materials for DevOps teams, including implementation guides and service documentation.
- Contribute to lead generation by producing technical content such as blog posts, webinars, and event participation.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
