Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams to help clients recognize the benefits of the API and connectivity management platform
- Assess client requirements and align platform capabilities to address them, building trust throughout the sales journey
- Guide proof-of-concept initiatives from start to finish during customer evaluations
- Maintain high satisfaction across all assigned customer accounts
- Identify and prioritize client needs, working closely with support, product, and engineering teams
- Develop technical materials for DevOps teams, implementation projects, and service delivery
- Contribute to lead generation by producing blogs, delivering webinars, and attending industry events
- Complete additional duties as assigned by management
