Responsibilities
- Serve as lead engineer for a team building and maintaining robust, scalable software solutions for highly intricate systems
- Guide the team in adopting practical standards and configurations that support reliable and frequent software releases
- Promote a culture of ongoing technical growth by facilitating team discussions on emerging technologies and modern engineering methods
- Ensure stability of live systems by diagnosing, prioritizing, and resolving production issues efficiently
- Support junior engineers through mentorship, code review participation, and collaborative coding sessions
- Collaborate closely with IT leadership to align technical strategies with business objectives and ensure effective solution delivery
