Responsibilities
- Establish and lead the technical vision and roadmap for a key UI platform component, ensuring alignment and adoption across interdependent teams.
- Act as the primary reviewer for significant design proposals and cross-team interfaces, safeguarding long-term system integrity and scalability.
- Lead technical consensus across functions, clarifying ambiguous requirements and aligning implementation with strategic product goals.
- Promote a culture of growth by mentoring senior engineers, sharing expertise, and defining engineering best practices.
- Enable faster development across teams by creating reusable UI components and scalable design patterns for global readiness.
- Remain actively involved in coding, focusing on the most critical and complex parts of the platform to ensure high technical quality.
