Responsibilities
- Design and lead the development of scalable and future-ready systems and data workflows for RLE.
- Drive the creation of platform-level features that enable quick deployment of new domains.
- Collaborate closely with Research, Product, and Operations teams to influence strategic direction and execution.
- Establish benchmarks for system reliability, performance monitoring, efficiency, and data integrity.
- Guide and support engineers to raise the overall standard of technical delivery across the organization.
- Detect and resolve systemic challenges affecting scalability in data generation and operational environments.
