About the Role
Design and implement core features of the mobile application while mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence across the development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and implementation of mobile application features
- Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver intuitive user experiences
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews
- Optimize app performance and reliability
- Ensure code quality through automated testing
- Work across iOS and Android platforms using modern frameworks
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Participate in agile planning and sprint execution
- Drive adoption of best practices in mobile development
- Contribute to technical documentation and system design

- Master’s degree in a technical field
- Experience in mental health or wellness technology
- Familiarity with reactive programming paradigms
