Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product leadership, engineering management, and senior architects to convert business goals into executable technology plans.
- Facilitate joint efforts across product, design, and quality assurance teams to ensure smooth execution of key engineering projects.
- Own the end-to-end development lifecycle of new features and systems, from initial concept through to production deployment.
- Amplify team effectiveness by guiding senior and staff-level engineers, leading design reviews, and improving technical consistency across the organization.
- Elevate engineering quality by enforcing strict coding standards, expanding test automation, and enhancing CI/CD systems while promoting best practices.
- Produce and update detailed technical documentation and promote open knowledge exchange across teams and departments.
- Operate in an AI-integrated development environment, using AI-powered coding tools to increase development speed and efficiency.
- Lead technical exploration by monitoring industry advancements—such as AI-driven development or device security—and building prototypes to maintain competitive advantage.
