Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of microservices-based system designs.
- Establish development, deployment, and monitoring standards for microservices.
- Work with engineering teams to build highly scalable and resilient services.
- Guide developers in applying proven design patterns and engineering practices.
- Serve as a technical authority in e-commerce platform architecture and related technologies.
- Participate in architectural and code reviews to maintain high technical quality.
- Define long-term technical direction for a broad domain encompassing multiple teams.
- Partner with technical leaders across numerous domains to align on shared technical vision.
- Drive adoption and implementation of jointly agreed technical solutions.
- Engage directly in system design, coding, and resolving production incidents.
- Keep current with advancements in cloud computing, microservices, and DevOps practices.
- Support developers and infrastructure engineers with technical expertise and direction.
- Work closely with business units, Product Owners, and Project Managers to ensure technical solutions meet business goals.
- Explain complex technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with international teams to promote knowledge exchange and continuous improvement.
