Flex is hiring a Staff Software Engineer, Fullstack-MarTech

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain full-stack marketing platforms and digital experiences that support customer acquisition and long-term retention.
  • Architect and implement highly available, scalable APIs, event-based services, and data processing pipelines operating continuously.
  • Ensure comprehensive analytics are embedded in all shipped features and integrate external advertising, tracking, and communication tools through stable, reusable interfaces.
  • Collaborate with teams in marketing, data, product, design, and engineering to deliver and test new capabilities across web and mobile channels.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own full-stack marketing services and web experiences that drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Design and develop 24/7 high-scale APIs, event-driven services, and data pipelines.
  • Build measurement into everything we ship, and integrate third-party ad, analytics, and messaging platforms behind durable abstractions.
  • Work closely with marketing, data, product, design, and engineering peers to launch features and experiments across web and mobile.
