Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of core platform systems such as tool registries, AI coordination layers, automated risk-based access controls, and safe contribution models for internal teams building on the Control Center.
- Advance the Control Center into a headless, AI-agent-capable platform by defining MCP procedures, establishing safeguards for autonomous agents, integrating human-in-the-loop workflows, and building evaluation systems for secure automated operations.
- Guide technical strategy in collaboration with engineering and product leadership, including writing technical design documents, conducting architecture reviews, breaking down large initiatives into achievable goals, and supporting engineers through code mentorship.
- Develop robust, secure distributed backend systems, with full ownership of service level objectives, monitoring, incident management, and operational preparedness for critical internal platforms used by thousands.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Security teams to achieve joint objectives and promote reusable platform components that reduce redundant infrastructure efforts.
