Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end development and deployment of platform services, including design, implementation, and on-call support
- Develop robust, thoroughly tested backend systems in Go, prioritizing accuracy and ease of operations
- Create and maintain integrations with third-party SaaS platforms such as M365, Google Workspace, and Salesforce, handling synchronization, rate limiting, and error resilience
- Work closely with senior and principal engineers to define service boundaries and shared data structures
- Produce maintainable, high-standard code that serves as a benchmark for team peers
- Engage in architectural discussions and design evaluations to shape technical direction within the service domain
