Responsibilities

  • Architect and design full-stack planning and forecasting applications based on functional requirements
  • Lead technical decisions around application architecture, data modeling, and integration strategies
  • Define best practices for developing scalable and maintainable financial systems on Kubernetes
  • Advance FinOps tooling through innovation with modern web and data technologies
  • Deliver a working minimum viable product within three months and a full production platform within six months
  • Develop modern frontend applications using React 19, TypeScript, and Vite
  • Build backend services using Node.js and Express for API and business logic implementation
  • Implement data access layers that connect to Trino, DuckDB, and Iceberg-based data stores
  • Design high-performance, intuitive user interfaces for complex financial processes including spreadsheet-style input, visual analytics, and approval flows
  • Develop well-documented RESTful APIs with robust validation and error handling
  • Deploy applications on Kubernetes with proper containerization and automated CI/CD pipelines
  • Integrate forecasting tools with modern data infrastructure including Trino, dbt, and Iceberg
