Responsibilities
- Quickly onboard into the CV User Experience technology stack, including React Native, TypeScript, NestJS, GraphQL, and AWS, while building strong working relationships across product, design, data science, and computer vision teams.
- Complete your first full feature implementation while evaluating the existing system architecture for potential scalability and performance limitations.
- Lead architectural planning for TrueMotion-powered user experiences, identifying technical challenges early and delivering creative solutions to complex mobile and full-stack engineering issues.
- Enhance system observability using Datadog and Sentry to improve monitoring, logging, and error tracking across all layers of the application.
- Conduct performance profiling to anticipate and resolve scaling and latency issues, ensuring a smooth and responsive mobile user experience.
- Serve as the primary technical authority for team architecture, creating scalable end-to-end systems including efficient APIs, mobile app structure, and data models that support next-generation TrueMotion features.
- Guide and mentor engineers by fostering a culture of technical excellence through code reviews, design collaboration, and knowledge transfer.
- Each quarter, lead a major improvement initiative focused on enhancing team workflows, tooling, or system architecture.
