Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, efficient, and thoroughly tested enhancements to the core product platform
- Lead architectural planning and technical decision-making across multiple engineering teams
- Detect and resolve shared technical debt affecting several teams
- Promote cross-cutting improvements in security, performance, and product reliability
- Establish and enforce benchmarks for code integrity, test coverage, and technical documentation
- Spearhead proof-of-concept projects to assess emerging technologies with strategic potential
- Foster innovation by exploring new solutions to complex engineering problems
- Serve as a public representative of the organization during major technical initiatives
- Mentor senior-level engineers and contribute to technical growth across teams
- Deliver large-scale features autonomously and manage intricate technical projects
- Shape long-term technical direction and influence system design across teams
- Define and uphold internal standards for coding style, readability, and engineering best practices
- Support recruitment by contributing technical evaluations during interviews
- Participate in on-call duties to address urgent production incidents
- Serve as Tech Lead when required, ensuring high-quality implementation and technical rigor
