Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of scalable system designs and architectures that influence both immediate and long-term product direction.
- Take responsibility for key technical projects, guiding teams while aligning with customer requirements and business objectives.
- Improve system architecture to enhance scalability, speed, and long-term maintainability based on evolving needs.
- Support and mentor fellow engineers, promoting technical growth and a culture of high engineering standards.
- Work closely with product, design, and engineering peers to deliver impactful technical solutions.
- Maintain strong knowledge of the product, business context, and user experience to inform sound engineering decisions.
- Independently lead the development of critical features and systems, delivering robust results with little oversight.
- Promote innovation and best practices in engineering, consistently seeking ways to improve workflows and outcomes.
- Advocate for high-quality code standards, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and consistency with architectural principles.
- Help define the long-term technical strategy and roadmap for product areas, ensuring team alignment.
- Contribute to on-call rotations for system support and incident response.
