Responsibilities
- Design and implement core backend infrastructure with an emphasis on speed, scalability, and system stability within financial transaction systems
- Lead technical planning for large-scale projects that involve engineering, product, and financial operations across multiple teams
- Define and refine architectural standards, tools, and best practices to elevate engineering quality across the organization
- Mentor senior engineers, influence system design, and support the growth of technical talent across the team
- Collaborate with engineering leadership to shape long-term technical priorities and proactively address scaling challenges
- Integrate artificial intelligence into development and operational workflows to enhance system performance and team productivity

- Operates as a remote-first company but allows for remote-only roles in certain cases
