Responsibilities
- Lead architectural decisions and technical direction for large-scale distributed backend systems, guiding initiatives from concept to deployment across teams
- Design and implement high-throughput, resilient backend services that support real-time AI agent operations, conversation intelligence, and enterprise-level integrations
- Collaborate with machine learning teams to deploy and scale AI features by building robust runtime and orchestration infrastructure
- Develop and refine data storage and retrieval mechanisms to support low-latency analytics and actionable insights
- Optimize system performance, cost, and scalability to meet demanding production requirements
- Provide technical leadership through mentorship, roadmap influence, and setting high standards for code and system design
