Requirements
- Minimum of six years of experience in backend or full-stack software development with emphasis on backend systems
- At least three years of hands-on work with TypeScript, Node.js, or C#
- Extensive expertise with AWS services including EC2, EKS, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, and Step Functions
- Demonstrated background handling large-scale data, distributed computing, and processing via tools like Spark, Dask, EMR, Glue, or Kafka
- Strong grasp of system architecture, distributed computing principles, scalability strategies, and cloud-native design
Nice to Have
- Background developing systems driven by data or integrated with machine learning capabilities
- Knowledge of experimentation platforms, A/B testing methodologies, or system performance tuning
- Experience designing event-driven systems, real-time streaming platforms, or high-volume data pipelines
- Familiarity with emerging AI tools or integration patterns, though not mandatory
- Active participation in open-source projects, technical writing, or public speaking at industry events
