Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver core AI platform systems such as the LLM Gateway—supporting over 60 models with authentication, PII filtering, failover strategies, and cost controls—alongside the AI Hub and agent execution environment featuring microVM isolation and managed MCP access.
- Design and implement Knowledge Base systems that automatically connect data sources to vector and markdown stores, enabling seamless querying by AI agents.
- Lead AI financial operations by establishing spend tracking, governance policies, and cost optimization strategies across all AI workloads enterprise-wide.
- Collaborate with engineering, security, legal, finance, product teams, and external partners—including leading AI labs and cloud providers—to deliver high-impact AI platform features.
- Develop evaluation frameworks and observability tools such as LLM-based assessment suites, end-to-end tracing, and feedback mechanisms that empower domain experts to improve live agents.
- Influence applied AI strategy by working directly with teams to build production-grade agents, leveraging fine-tuning and classical machine learning when superior to prompting.
