Responsibilities
- Write extensive, high-quality code across multiple layers of the technology stack.
- Lead cross-functional teams through complete software delivery cycles, spanning backend systems to modern user interfaces.
- Engage in daily pair programming with colleagues and clients to enhance knowledge sharing, code quality, and professional growth.
- Apply test-driven development and continuous refactoring to build reliable, maintainable, and clear codebases.
- Inform architectural choices that enable scalability, system observability, and strong performance characteristics.
- Work closely with designers, product owners, and stakeholders to consistently deliver valuable, client-focused software.
- Mentor team developers through pairing, coaching, and demonstrating strong engineering practices and culture.
- Shape technical strategy beyond individual teams by contributing to client organizations and internal practices, sharing insights and improving standards.
- Maintain curiosity by experimenting with emerging GenAI patterns, sharing results, and helping refine approaches to AI-powered software development.
