Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional, high-impact projects independently from concept through delivery using only a broad problem definition as input.
- Proactively share technical direction across teams, ensuring consistency and knowledge transfer across technical areas.
- Serve as a primary technical resource, offering expertise and coaching to engineers across various teams.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of multiple product areas and actively propose enhancements while representing user needs company-wide.
- Guide the development of technical strategies for challenging, large-scale engineering problems.
- Establish and maintain rigorous quality benchmarks, promoting best practices in system design, security, and DevOps workflows.
- Develop production-level code to address moderately complex technical challenges, contribute to architectural discussions, understand system infrastructure, support quality and performance goals, and integrate security considerations into development processes.
