Responsibilities
- Lead development and reliability of a pricing engine that incorporates demand forecasting, lease renewal likelihood, price sensitivity analysis, and regulatory compliance checks, ensuring recommendations are accurately applied.
- Address the primary technical hurdle of normalizing lease and financial data from disparate property management platforms lacking a unified identifier schema.
- Develop cloud infrastructure using Terraform to manage databases, message queues, IAM roles, encryption, networking, and monitoring alerts.
- Create an orchestration framework that sequences data ingestion, model inference, and daily batch processes with dependency management and fault recovery.
- Ensure data accuracy and system integrity by implementing comprehensive monitoring and alerting for pipeline performance, data timeliness, and model output consistency.
- Develop across the full technology stack using Python, Terraform, and Ruby as core programming tools.
- Champion AI-driven development practices by advocating for responsible adoption and enforcing high code quality standards during peer reviews.
