Responsibilities
- Create and continuously improve a sophisticated learning platform designed to deliver measurable results
- Prioritize intuitive user experiences, adaptive educational paths, peer collaboration, game-inspired features, and motivation techniques
- Support program graduates in securing employment and connecting with clinical training partners
- Integrate generative artificial intelligence into career preparation tools, including resume creation and interview simulation
- Build and sustain digital tools for educators, teaching assistants, mentors, and operations staff to enhance student outcomes
- Utilize generative AI to meaningfully improve educational experiences and graduate success
- Produce and manage large-scale educational content that evolves with changing learning demands
- Develop systems that accelerate curriculum development and enable rapid iteration for improved learning efficacy
- Ensure data accuracy and broad accessibility across the organization
- Enable business, academic, and operational teams to make informed, data-backed decisions

Compensation
Compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, qualifications, and interview performance within a market-adjusted range. Base salary constitutes all cash compensation, as there is no bonus program. Total package includes benefits and an equity (ISOs) component.
