Neon Pagamentos is looking for a Staff Site Reliability Engineer II to join our Platform Engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and maintaining the robust, scalable infrastructure that underpins our financial technology services.

What You'll Do

Design, build, and maintain highly reliable and scalable platform infrastructure.
Establish and champion SRE best practices, including observability, incident response, and capacity planning.
Lead initiatives to improve system performance, availability, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with engineering teams to embed reliability practices into the software development lifecycle.
Automate operational tasks to reduce toil and improve engineering velocity.

What We're Looking For

Significant, proven experience in a Site Reliability Engineering or Platform Engineering role.
Deep expertise in designing, implementing, and managing cloud-native infrastructure.
Strong background in automation using modern scripting and infrastructure-as-code tools.
Expertise in building and maintaining observability systems (metrics, logging, tracing).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead incident response and post-mortem processes.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset.
