Responsibilities
- Lead the design and deployment of enterprise security systems that safeguard endpoints, identities, internal infrastructure, and cloud-based applications.
- Develop and maintain security monitoring capabilities, including data collection pipelines, SIEM integrations, and alerting systems, in collaboration with operations specialists.
- Establish and uphold organizational security standards through technical reviews and alignment with risk management frameworks.
- Collaborate with IT, infrastructure, and engineering teams to integrate security practices early in project lifecycles and prevent future technical debt.
- Create automated tools and solutions that enhance security platform functionality, reduce manual effort, and increase operational efficiency.
- Act as a technical escalation point during security incidents, supporting investigation and resolution, and participate in on-call duties.
- Convert strategic security objectives into actionable engineering initiatives with defined timelines and measurable results.
