- Automate testing workflows for mobile applications to streamline and improve testing efficiency.
- Design and maintain the overall testing architecture, ensuring consistency in metrics, quality practices, defect handling, and integration with CI/CD systems.
- Foster a team culture that prioritizes product quality and accountability.
- Apply technical expertise and precision to deliver a seamless user experience.
- Remain actively involved in a fast-moving development cycle with continuous delivery cycles.
- Adapt and manage testing processes in response to evolving project needs.
- Work closely with Customer Support to understand user-reported issues, feedback, and priority trends.
- Lead the development and execution of a cohesive quality strategy for the Inbox Business Unit.
