Responsibilities
- Expand passwordless authentication capabilities by scaling a secure, hardware-backed solution for universal web access, leveraging Trusted Platform Modules and Secure Enclaves.
- Define identity governance models for both AI agents and human users, integrating cross-domain identity management deeply into core identity architecture with full support for automated provisioning across client and server environments.
- Drive integration strategy by identifying new service provider partnerships and building compliant, secure connections using industry standards such as SAML, OIDC, and SCIM, while ensuring identity verification, access controls, and auditability for autonomous agents.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to advance AI-powered administrative tools, enabling natural language interaction and intelligent workflows for managing single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, and provisioning policies.
- Represent the company in international standards bodies to influence the future of identity protocols, focusing on AI agent authentication and interoperability within open identity frameworks.
- Own the strategic direction for single sign-on and identity integrations, maintaining a forward-looking roadmap that adapts to market changes and ensures market-leading capability and accuracy.
- Serve as the technical authority across departments, developing self-serve resources, frameworks, and tooling that empower marketing, sales, and support teams to effectively promote and support identity solutions.
