Responsibilities
- Define and lead the product vision by working with engineering, design, and field teams to shape observability and debuggability features for connectivity platforms, ensuring alignment with customer demands and long-term strategy.
- Collaborate with technical and design leadership to scope, prioritize, and deliver product capabilities that improve customer outcomes and reduce mean time to resolution during incident investigations.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of customer workflows and pain points using data-driven insights, then translate findings into documented use cases, milestone targets, and delivery timelines.
- Align engineering, design, and marketing teams around shared goals, ensuring coordinated execution of features, milestones, and go-to-market activities.
- Build and maintain a clear, customer-facing roadmap that outlines product direction and key deliverables, while partnering with Product Marketing to plan and execute launches.
- Act as the primary communication hub for the product, providing regular updates to internal and external stakeholders and strengthening ties with field teams for consistent messaging.
